Role Overview

- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; build an open-door culture.
- Store Experience: Ensure safety for people and pets; deliver outstanding pet parent service; conduct monthly walks; monitor compliance and inventory; handle escalations.
- Business Management: Drive profitability and corporate strategies; analyze performance; optimize processes; partner on events and community initiatives.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership in team development, customer service expertise, and pet industry knowledge.
