Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Handle recruiting, hiring, coaching, scheduling, performance reviews, and associate engagement initiatives. Foster an open-door culture and empower teams to succeed.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people. Deliver exceptional service, manage complaints, conduct compliance walks, oversee inventory, and review security footage.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability, analyze performance metrics, communicate objectives, and lead events with community partners.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, strong team-building skills, pet industry knowledge, financial acumen, and flexibility for varied shifts. Excel in communication, problem-solving, and driving results in a fast-paced retail setting.

- Prioritize safety for associates, pets, and customers; respond to emergencies
