Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, and develop associates; conduct reviews, foster open communication, and build engagement.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; deliver outstanding pet parent service; conduct safety walks and compliance checks.
- Business Management: Analyze metrics, execute strategies for profitability, manage inventory, and lead community events.
Experience & Skills
