Key Responsibilities

- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets, associates, and customers; manage concerns; conduct monthly walks and camera reviews; maintain inventory and standards.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals; analyze performance; execute corporate strategies; partner on events and community initiatives.
Experience & Skills
