Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experience, operations, finances, and HR functions. You'll drive company culture, achieve results, champion service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, values, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop associates, deliver reviews, and foster engagement through open-door culture and recognition.
• Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; manage pet parent interactions; conduct Core and Services Walks; oversee inventory and compliance.
• Business Management: Analyze performance, execute strategies for profitability, communicate objectives, and partner on events like adoptions.

Experience & Skills

Ideal candidates have retail management experience, strong leadership in team building and development, customer service expertise, financial acumen, and passion for pets.
