Role Overview

- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, mentor, and develop associates; handle reviews, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe environments for pets, associates, and customers; manage complaints, conduct walks, monitor cameras, and maintain inventory.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals, analyze performance, optimize processes, and partner on events with adoption groups.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, expertise in team building, customer service, financial oversight, and pet retail knowledge. Key skills include effective delegation, communication, problem-solving, and fostering empowerment in a fast-paced environment.
