Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; foster an open-door culture and address grievances.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets, associates, and customers; manage pet parent interactions; conduct monthly walks; oversee inventory and events; review cameras for safety.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze performance metrics; communicate objectives; optimize processes for continuous improvement.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership in high-volume environments, pet industry knowledge, financial acumen, and expertise in team development.
