Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; foster open-door culture and high engagement.
- Store Experience: Ensure pet safety and health; manage customer interactions; conduct monthly walks; maintain compliance; prioritize safety; oversee inventory and events.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze metrics; communicate objectives; review cameras for coaching; handle pet emergencies.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in retail management, strong leadership, financial acumen, and passion for pets. Key skills include team building, customer service, operational execution, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Experience with inventory systems, safety protocols, and community partnerships is a plus.
