Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Handle recruiting, hiring, coaching, scheduling, performance reviews, and associate engagement to build a high-performing team.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, maintain store standards, conduct safety walks, manage inventory, and respond to concerns.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies, analyze financials, optimize operations, and partner on community events for profitability and growth.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership in team development, customer service expertise, financial acumen, and passion for pets.
