Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experience, operations, financial results, and HR functions. You'll drive company culture, achieve targets, champion service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, values, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, mentor, and develop associates; foster open-door culture and deliver reviews on time.
• Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets, associates, and parents; handle concerns, conduct walks, manage inventory, and review cameras for compliance.
• Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance, communicate objectives, and partner on events with adoption groups.

Experience & Skills

Ideal candidates have retail management experience, strong leadership in team building and delegation, customer service expertise, financial acumen, and passion for pet care. Skills in HR functions, operational efficiency, and creating positive environments are essential. Flexibility for days, nights, and weekends required.
