Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experience, operations, financial results, and HR functions. Drive company culture, achieve targets, champion service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, values, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop associates; build open-door culture; handle reviews, recognition, and grievances.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; manage pet parent interactions; conduct Core and Services Walks; oversee inventory and events.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals; analyze performance; communicate objectives; review cameras for safety and coaching.
Experience & Skills
Seeking proven leaders with retail management experience, strong team-building skills, customer service passion, financial acumen, and pet industry knowledge. Must excel in delegation, problem-solving, compliance, and fostering engagement in a fast-paced environment.
