Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; foster open communication and engagement.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions; ensure pet safety and health; maintain standards through walks and camera reviews; manage inventory and events.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; respond to feedback and adapt to changes.
Experience & Skills
