Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides comprehensive oversight of store operations, team leadership, pet parent experiences, financial performance, and HR functions. Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules, deliver reviews, and build an open-door culture using feedback tools.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure safety protocols, conduct monthly walks, manage inventory, and review cameras for compliance.
- Business Management: Analyze performance metrics, execute corporate strategies, optimize processes, and partner on events with adoption groups.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in retail management, proven team leadership, and passion for pets.
