Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, recognition, and succession planning; build an open-door culture.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; lead pet parent interactions; conduct monthly walks; manage inventory and events.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; review security footage for coaching.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership in team building and customer service, financial acumen, and passion for pets.
