Key Responsibilities
People Leadership
Handle recruiting, hiring, coaching, and terminations; build an open-door culture; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; recognize achievements to boost engagement.
Store Experience
Lead pet parent and associate experiences; ensure pet safety; resolve concerns; conduct monthly walks for policy compliance; manage inventory and camera reviews; oversee openings/closings.
Business Management
Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; partner on events and adoptions; maintain standards for a safe, efficient store.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 3+ years in retail management, strong leadership, customer service expertise, financial acumen, and pet passion. Key skills include team development, operational execution, conflict resolution, and adaptability. Flexible scheduling is essential.
