Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; build an open-door culture with feedback tools.
- Store Experience: Ensure pet safety and health; deliver outstanding pet parent service; conduct monthly walks for compliance; manage inventory and events; prioritize safety via camera reviews and incident response.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze performance data; communicate objectives; optimize processes for continuous improvement.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership in team building and HR, expertise in customer service and operations, financial acumen, and a passion for pets.
