Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experience, operations, financial results, and HR functions. Drive company culture, achieve targets, champion service excellence, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, and values.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop, and recognize associates; handle grievances and ensure timely reviews.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, maintain standards, conduct safety walks, manage inventory, and review cameras for accountability.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate on events, improve processes, communicate objectives, and respond to changing priorities.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, strong team-building skills, customer service passion, financial savvy, and pet industry knowledge. Must excel in delegation, feedback response, and creating positive environments. Flexible availability required.
