Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and manage associates; build open-door culture; create schedules; facilitate development, reviews, and recognition.
- Store Experience: Ensure safety for people and pets; deliver outstanding pet parent service; maintain standards via monthly walks; manage inventory and events.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze metrics; communicate objectives; review cameras for safety and coaching.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management, strong leadership, customer service expertise, financial acumen, and pet care knowledge.
