Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides comprehensive leadership over store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, financial results, and HR functions. Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; build open-door culture; manage scheduling, reviews, and engagement.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy pets and outstanding pet parent service; conduct walks, monitor compliance, and improve processes.
- Business Management: Analyze performance, execute strategies for profitability, manage inventory, and communicate objectives.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in retail management, strong leadership, customer service expertise, financial acumen, and pet industry passion. Key skills include team building, operational efficiency, conflict resolution, and adaptability to flexible schedules.

- Maintain safe environment for pets, associates, and customers
