Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; build an open-door culture.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions; ensure safety for people, pets, and customers; conduct monthly walks and camera reviews; manage inventory and events.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; respond to changing priorities.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership in high-volume settings, pet industry knowledge, and skills in team motivation, financial oversight, and process optimization. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability are essential.
