Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, mentor, and develop associates; foster open-door culture and handle grievances.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; manage pet parent interactions; conduct safety walks and camera reviews.
- Business Management: Analyze metrics, execute strategies for profitability; maintain inventory and standards; partner on events and adoptions.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates have retail management experience, strong leadership, customer service passion, financial acumen, and pet industry knowledge. Key skills include team building, operational efficiency, compliance, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
