Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; foster an open-door culture.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, conduct monthly walks, manage inventory, review cameras for compliance, and handle openings/closings.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability, analyze performance, communicate objectives, and partner on events like adoptions.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management, strong leadership in high-volume environments, expertise in team building and customer service, and familiarity with pet retail.
