Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules, conduct reviews, and build an open-door culture using feedback tools.
- Store Experience: Ensure pet safety and health; manage customer interactions; lead events with adoption groups; conduct safety walks and camera reviews.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze performance; maintain inventory; oversee opening/closing procedures.
