Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experience, operations, financial results, and HR functions. You'll drive company culture, achieve targets, champion service excellence, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, and values.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop associates, conduct reviews, recognize achievements, and address grievances to build an engaged team.
• Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets, associates, and customers; manage pet parent interactions; lead events and community partnerships.
• Operations & Compliance: Conduct monthly walks, monitor cameras, maintain inventory, prioritize safety, and execute opening/closing procedures.
• Financial & Strategic: Communicate objectives, improve processes, and deliver results through efficient execution.

Experience & Skills

Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, strong team-building skills, customer service passion, operational expertise, and pet industry knowledge. Must excel in coaching, delegation, feedback response, and driving performance in dynamic environments.
