Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experience, operations, finances, and HR functions. Drive company culture, achieve results, champion service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, values, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop associates, handle reviews, grievances, and foster engagement through open-door culture and recognition.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy pets; deliver exceptional service in-store, online, phone; conduct Core/Services Walks; manage inventory, events, compliance, and safety via camera reviews.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategy for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; handle openings/closings and pet emergencies.
Experience & Skills
Seeking proven leaders with retail management experience, strong team-building, customer focus, operational acumen, and pet passion. Skills in delegation, feedback response, process improvement, and adaptability essential. Flexible scheduling required.
