Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, and develop associates; conduct reviews, foster engagement, and handle grievances.
- Store Experience: Ensure pet safety, resolve pet parent concerns, maintain standards via monthly walks, manage inventory, and review cameras for accountability.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance, lead events, and adapt to changing priorities.
