Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager provides leadership oversight for store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, finances, and HR functions. You'll drive company culture, achieve results, champion service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, values, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, mentor, and develop associates; handle reviews, grievances, and engagement via open-door culture and Voice of Associate feedback.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets, associates, and parents; lead pet parent service across channels and resolve concerns.
- Operations & Compliance: Conduct Core/Services Walks, manage inventory, review cameras for safety, and oversee opening/closing procedures.
- Financial & Strategic: Communicate objectives, evaluate processes for improvement, partner on events, and maintain policy adherence.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, strong team-building, customer service, and operational skills. Passion for pets, financial acumen, and ability to empower teams in a fast-paced environment required. Experience with adoption events and pet safety a plus.

- Lead operational execution, financial targets, and community events
