Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, and develop associates; facilitate reviews, recognition, and succession planning; build an open-door culture responsive to feedback.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, conduct monthly walks, maintain compliance, manage inventory, and review security footage for coaching.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance, optimize processes, and collaborate on events like adoption partnerships.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in retail management, expertise in team building, customer service, operations, and financial oversight. Key skills include effective delegation, conflict resolution, data-driven decision-making, and a genuine passion for pets.
