Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules, facilitate reviews, and build an open-door culture using feedback tools.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe environments for pets, associates, and customers; lead pet parent interactions, conduct safety walks, manage inventory, and review cameras for compliance.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze metrics, communicate objectives, and partner on events with adoption groups.
Experience & Skills
