Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides comprehensive leadership over store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, finances, and HR functions. Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, mentor, and develop associates; conduct reviews, recognize achievements, and resolve grievances to build an engaged team.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets, associates, and customers; manage pet parent interactions, conduct monthly walks, monitor cameras, and maintain inventory standards.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals, analyze performance, optimize processes, and partner on events like community adoptions.
Experience & Skills
