- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy pets and exceptional service; manage escalations, events, compliance, inventory, and safety protocols.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals, analyze performance, optimize processes, and communicate objectives.
Experience & Skills
Seeking proven retail leaders with strong team management, customer service, financial acumen, and pet industry knowledge. Key skills include effective delegation, conflict resolution, operational execution, and fostering engagement. Flexible availability required.
