Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules, conduct reviews, and build an open-door culture with high engagement.
- Store Experience: Ensure pet safety and health; lead customer interactions, resolve concerns, and maintain a positive store environment through policy compliance and monthly walks.
- Business Management: Drive profitability by executing strategies, managing inventory, analyzing performance, and reviewing security footage for coaching and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate on events, community partnerships, and operational improvements while prioritizing safety for associates, pets, and customers.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership in team building and development, expertise in customer service and operations, and financial acumen.
