Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; build engagement through recognition and open communication.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; deliver outstanding pet parent service; conduct safety walks; manage inventory and compliance; partner on community events.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze performance metrics; communicate objectives; review security footage for coaching; handle pet emergencies.
Experience & Skills

- Foster open-door culture, cascade communications, and facilitate team events
- Monitor store cameras, address risks, and handle pet health emergencies
- Collaborate on community events and maintain store standards
