Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides comprehensive leadership over store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, financial results, and HR functions. You'll drive company culture, achieve key targets, champion service excellence, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, and values.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Handle recruiting, hiring, coaching, scheduling, reviews, and development; build an open-door culture and boost engagement.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe environments for associates, pets, and customers; manage pet parent interactions, events, compliance, and inventory.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals, analyze performance, communicate objectives, and optimize processes for continuous improvement.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 5+ years in retail management, expertise in team building, customer service, financial oversight, and pet safety. Key skills include effective delegation, conflict resolution, data-driven decision-making, and fostering high-performance teams in a fast-paced retail setting.

- Ensure exceptional pet parent service and compliance with policies
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and business objectives
- Conduct safety walks, camera reviews, and respond to pet health issues
