Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules, facilitate reviews, and foster an open-door culture with recognition and feedback tools.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; lead pet parent interactions, conduct monthly walks, monitor cameras, and manage events with adoption partners.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance, optimize inventory, and communicate objectives to achieve sales goals.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of retail management experience, proven team leadership, financial acumen, and a pet-loving mindset. Key skills include delegation, conflict resolution, process improvement, and compliance with safety protocols. Flexibility for varied shifts is essential.
