Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; foster an open-door culture.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions; ensure pet safety; maintain standards via monthly walks; manage inventory and safety protocols; review cameras for coaching.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; optimize processes for efficiency.
