Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides comprehensive leadership over store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, finances, and HR functions. Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop, and recognize associates; handle reviews, grievances, and succession planning; build open-door culture.
- Store Experience: Ensure pet safety and health; deliver exceptional service in-store, online, and by phone; conduct Core and Services Walks; manage inventory and events.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze performance; oversee opening/closing; review cameras for safety and coaching.
Experience & Skills
Seeking proven leaders with retail management experience, strong team-building skills, customer service passion, financial acumen, and pet industry knowledge. Must thrive in dynamic environments, delegate effectively, and prioritize safety/compliance. Flexible availability required.
