Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, review, and develop associates; foster open-door culture and engagement.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy pets and exceptional service; conduct walks, monitor compliance, manage inventory, and resolve concerns.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals, analyze metrics, execute strategies, and partner on events.
Experience & Skills
