Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, mentor, and develop associates; foster open-door culture, deliver reviews, and boost engagement.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; manage pet parent interactions, conduct safety walks, monitor cameras, and maintain inventory standards.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze metrics, communicate objectives, and partner on events with adoption groups.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in retail management, strong leadership, customer service passion, financial acumen, and pet industry knowledge. Excel in team building, problem-solving, and adapting to dynamic environments. Flexible availability required.
