Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; foster open communication and high engagement.
- Store Experience: Ensure pet safety and health; lead pet parent interactions; maintain standards through walks and audits; prioritize safety for associates, pets, and customers; manage inventory and events.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; review security footage for coaching; handle pet emergencies.
Experience & Skills
