Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experience, operations, financial results, and HR functions. You'll drive company culture, achieve targets, champion service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, and values.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, and develop associates; foster open-door culture and deliver reviews on time.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; lead pet parent interactions, events, and compliance checks like Core Walks.
- Business Management: Analyze metrics, execute strategies for profitability, manage inventory, review cameras for safety, and handle pet emergencies.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, expertise in team building, customer service, operations, and financials. Passion for pets, strong delegation, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential. Flexible availability required.

- Drive exceptional pet parent service and resolve escalated concerns
- Ensure compliance with policies, conduct safety walks, and manage inventory
- Analyze business metrics, execute corporate strategies, and foster team engagement
- Collaborate on events, community partnerships, and store maintenance
