Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, and develop associates; foster open communication and engagement.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy pets and outstanding customer service; conduct walks, camera reviews, and process improvements.
- Business Management: Analyze performance, execute strategies, manage inventory, and achieve profitability targets.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in retail management, strong leadership, customer focus, and operational expertise. Pet industry knowledge is a plus. Must thrive in dynamic settings with flexible hours, excelling in team building, conflict resolution, and data-driven decisions.
