- Business Management: Deliver profitability, analyze metrics, execute strategies, and partner on events.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, strong team-building, customer focus, and operational expertise. Passion for pets, financial acumen, and flexibility for varied shifts required. Experience in pet retail a plus.
