Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; build an open-door culture.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, conduct compliance walks, manage inventory, and prioritize a safe environment.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance, communicate objectives, and collaborate on events like adoptions.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership, customer service expertise, and financial acumen. Pet care knowledge is a plus. Key skills include team motivation, operational efficiency, conflict resolution, and data-driven decision-making.
