Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop associates; handle reviews, grievances, and recognition to build engagement.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets/associates; deliver exceptional service; conduct walks, camera reviews, and compliance checks.
- Business Management: Analyze metrics, execute strategies for profitability; manage inventory, events, and community partnerships.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years retail management, team-building expertise, financial acumen, and pet industry passion. Key skills: delegation, communication, problem-solving, flexibility for varied schedules.

- Conduct store walks, camera reviews, and coaching
- Facilitate associate development, reviews, and recognition
- Cascade company strategies and adjust to changing priorities
- Manage pet health/safety and vet transport as needed
