Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experience, operations, financial results, and HR functions. Drive company culture, achieve targets, champion service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, and values.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; foster open-door culture and engagement.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; manage pet parent interactions; conduct Core and Services Walks; oversee inventory and compliance.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals; analyze performance; communicate objectives; review cameras for safety and coaching.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, strong team-building skills, customer service expertise, financial acumen, and passion for pets. Experience in high-volume retail and pet care is ideal. Must excel in delegation, problem-solving, and driving results.
