Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experiences, operations, finances, and HR functions. Drive company culture, achieve results, champion service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, values, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop associates; handle reviews, grievances, and engagement via open-door culture and Voice of Associate feedback.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets, associates, and parents; manage complaints, events, compliance walks, inventory, and camera reviews; oversee openings/closings.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze performance, communicate objectives, and adapt to changes.
Experience & Skills
Seeking proven leaders with retail management experience, strong team-building, customer service passion, operational savvy, and pet care knowledge. Excel in delegation, feedback, safety protocols, financial oversight, and fostering engagement. Flexible scheduling required.
