Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experience, operations, financial results, and HR functions. Drive company culture, achieve targets, champion service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, values, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, train, and develop associates; foster open-door culture, deliver reviews, and recognize achievements.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; manage pet parent interactions, conduct walks, monitor cameras, and maintain standards.
- Business Management: Analyze performance, execute strategies for profitability, manage inventory, and communicate objectives to drive results.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, strong team-building skills, customer focus, and operational expertise. Pet care passion, financial acumen, and flexibility for varied shifts are ideal. Build high-performing teams in a fast-paced pet retail setting.
