Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experiences, operations, financial results, and HR functions. You'll drive company culture, achieve targets, champion service excellence, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, and values.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, mentor, and develop associates; conduct reviews, recognize achievements, and build an open-door culture.
• Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets, associates, and customers; manage complaints, events, and compliance through monthly walks and camera reviews.
• Operations & Finance: Maintain inventory, communicate objectives, evaluate processes, and take action on sick/injured pets.

Experience & Skills

Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, strong team-building skills, customer service passion, operational expertise, and pet industry knowledge. Must excel in delegation, feedback response, and achieving results in dynamic environments.
