Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules, deliver reviews, and build an open-door culture using feedback tools.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe environments for pets, associates, and customers; manage pet parent interactions, conduct safety walks, and oversee inventory compliance.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability, analyze metrics, review security footage for coaching, and lead store events with community partners.
Experience & Skills
